A battery powered desk lamp utilizing tensegrity to make it appear as if it's floating.
Research & Ideation:
Low Fidelity models:
Low fidelity models were printed and assembled to test out if they were viable to be used for tensegrity.
3d Modeling:
3d Printing & Fabrication:
Once modeled all the parts were 3D Printed they were painted and assembled. lights, switches, and the battery pack was soldered together. Lastly the string was added and tightened.
